Ahh, Blake Lively wardrobe malfunctions ...
Blake Lively was a train wreck at the Time 100 gala. The actress and Chanel spokesmodel was on her way into the NYC bash when society photographer Patrick McMullan accidentally stepped on and ripped off the train of her Zuhair Murad dress. Ouch! (S)
